Aubrey\u2019s was launched in West Knoxville by a University of Tennessee graduate in 1992.\u00a0Aubrey’s was born and raised in East Tennessee and will forever remain a partner with the communities we serve. The vast majority of our employees live in the same neighborhoods as the guests who visit us. We are grateful and proud of the lasting friendships forged between our people and our guests.<\/p>\n
Giving back to the communities that have given us so much is at the core of who we are at Aubrey\u2019s. Central to that commitment is our founder\u2019s strong passion for the transformative power of education.\u00a0To quote Aubrey himself, \u201ceducation is the most important thing that can change the quality of life in a community.\u201d<\/p>\n
Aubrey’s opened its doors to the Maryville community in May of 2002 and has been a strong partner in this special place ever since. \u00a0Aubrey’s has hosted hundreds of free fundraising events for teachers, students and athletes from William Blount & Heritage High School as well as countless other Blount County community service organizations.<\/p>\n
As further example of our commitment to local communities Aubrey\u2019s is committed to serving the highest level of fresh and locally sourced meats, fish, fruit and vegetables possible.<\/p>\n
