Aubrey\u2019s was launched in West Knoxville by a University of Tennessee graduate in 1992.\u00a0Aubrey’s was born and raised in East Tennessee and will forever remain a partner with the communities we serve. The vast majority of our employees live in the same neighborhoods as the guests who visit us.\u00a0We are grateful and proud of the lasting friendships forged between our people and our guests.<\/p>\n
Giving back to the communities that have given us so much is at the core of who we are at Aubrey\u2019s. Central to that commitment is our founder\u2019s strong passion for the transformative power of education.\u00a0To quote Aubrey himself, \u201ceducation is the most important thing that can change the quality of life in a community.\u201d<\/p>\n
Aubrey’s opened in Oak Ridge in November of 2012 and has quickly become a strong contributor in this historic and unique part of East Tennessee. Aubrey’s has hosted free fundraising events for teachers, students and athletes from Wartburg Middle School, the Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachia as well as Oliver Springs Historical Society and many other community service organizations.<\/p>\n
As further example of our commitment to local communities Aubrey\u2019s is committed to serving the highest level of fresh and locally sourced meats, fish, fruit and vegetables possible.<\/p>\n
