A strong community focus
Aubrey’s was launched in West Knoxville by a University of Tennessee graduate in 1992. Aubrey’s was born and raised in East Tennessee and will forever remain a partner with the communities we serve. The vast majority of our employees live in the same neighborhoods as the guests who visit us. We are grateful and proud of the lasting friendships forged between our people and our guests.
Giving back to the communities that have given us so much is at the core of who we are at Aubrey’s. Central to that commitment is our founder’s strong passion for the transformative power of education. To quote Aubrey himself, “education is the most important thing that can change the quality of life in a community.”
Aubrey’s in Strawberry Plains opened in August of 2013 and has quickly become a strong contributor to this unique part of East Tennessee. Aubrey’s regularly hosts free fundraising events for teachers, students and athletes from Carter High School and South Doyle High School and many other community service organizations.
As a further example of our commitment to local communities, Aubrey’s is committed to serving the highest level of fresh and locally sourced meats, fish, fruit, and vegetables possible.
